Baby Shower Weekend

One weekend in September I went to Arlington for two more baby showers.  It was a long weekend, but so much fun catching up and celebrating with friends and family!

On Saturday, my high school friends and Mom's longtime friends threw me a book shower!  As all my teacher friends know I am slightly obsessed with children's books, so this was a perfect theme.  With all the great literature I got, Barrett should be reading pretty quickly!!

On Sunday, my Aunt Kathleen and Mom's friends threw another great shower.  There was great food plus baby bunditinis from Nothing Bundt Cake for dessert.  It was great for this preggo's sweet tooth!

Baby Shower Fun!!

This August I was blessed to have my first shower to celebrate baby Barrett.  It was thrown by my wonderful book club friends and sisters-in-law!  The decorations were super cute and they topped it off with one of my favs...ice cream sundae bar!

Thanks to Melanie, Mandy, Michelle, Ashley, Liz, Katie, Ashlee, Megan, Missy, Andrea, Heather, and Amy.  Unfortunately I did not get a picture with all the hostesses, but as you can see from the pics everyone had a great time!

Ashlee made this cute banner.  We loved it so much it is going over Barrett's crib!

I wonder which baby Barrett will look like most.
